YOU MUST BE IN RECIEPT OF UNIVERSAL CREDIT , ESA, PIP JSA BENEFITS WE CAN ONLY DEAL WITH PEOPLE ON BENEFITS BUT ALL ENQUIRIES ARE WELCOME.

We offer supported housing, this is where a Support worker can offer and advise all support to tenants.

Individuals who have the right to stay in the UK do need required proof of IDENTIFICATION which is either passport driving licence
All potential tenants will be need to fill out a police waiver and will be sent before confirmation of tenancy. Any Minor offences will be overlooked.

To gain access to our properties must be in receipt of benefits either ESA, JSA, Universal Credit, or PIP DLA etc .

Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and you will need to pay an additional £15 per week service charge to cover Utilities. You will need to bring your first 2 weeks £30 service charge with you.
