Considering a lodger
I have a nice room with a wardrobe. It is currently my study, but I would move this into the dining room if the right person wanted to rent the room. I could have a single bed and chest of drawers in quite soon.
There are two crazy and lovable pedigree cats that would enjoy another person in the house.
It is a unique property so have an open mind. I've a way to go with the garden so if you like that sort of thing - bring your shovel and gloves.
I work quite long hours Monday to Friday but do spend quite a lot of time at home Saturday to Sunday.
There is no TV, but there is broadband and a landline.
