A comfortable spare room is available in a clean, quiet household. This home is best suited to a female who values a calm and respectful living environment.

**House Guidelines:**

* No loud music
* Halal food only (meat must be halal; fish is welcome)
* No alcohol in the home
* No male visitors

This space would suit a female tenant who is respectful of these house rules and comfortable living in a Muslim household.

Please note there is on street parking requiring a permit which are £45. The permits are 1st July - 30th June. I have a spare that you can buy if you arrive before the end of June. After which I would suggest you get a visitors permit or a residential if you are going to transfer your driving licence to this address.

I will be working from home in my new role and happy for you to WFH also - it's fairer with the bills :) I have my own study and the bigger room has enough space if you want to source a desk and chair.

There is the usual allocated space in the kitchen, fridge and freezer. Please bring your own pots and pans but you can use my plates and cutlery - if you damage or break anything I will need compensation.

Laura has taken the bigger room from August so short term let's until then are available. The smaller double is free sooon!
