We’re looking for a sociable, tidy, and easygoing new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat in Clapham, as our current flatmate is sadly moving out!

The flat is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham North stations (Northern Line + Overground).

You’ll also be close to:
• Clapham Old Town (5 mins) - great brunch spots, pubs & cafés
• 1Rebel & M&S (3–5 mins)
• Battersea Park (10 mins by Lime bike) 🌳

Top-floor, split-level flat with:
• 3 bedrooms (each bedroom is on a separate floor so it feels private)
• 1 bathroom
• Kitchen remodelled in Summer 2024
• Separate living room (the TV has been upgraded 😅)

The room comes fully furnished with:
• Double bed
• Wardrobe
• Matching chest of drawers
• Bedside table

There’s also space for a small desk if needed.

👯 About Us
You’ll be living with:
• Anita (🇵🇱,28) – works in internal comms
• Liv (🇸🇪,29) – works in fashion buying

We’re both friendly, chill, and busy professionals who work from the office 4–5 days a week, so we’re ideally looking for someone with a similar routine.

We’ve lived here for nearly 4 years, have a good relationship with the landlady and genuinely like the flat dynamic we’ve created. We enjoy hosting dinner parties, brunches, and wine nights mixing friend groups which has worked out nicely. In our free time, we like the occasional trip outside London for nature walks/hikes, going to the cinema, the pub, going to the gym and trying new exercise classes. Liv likes to knit and Anita has recently started bouldering!

We’re looking for someone respectful and tidy, who’ll treat the flat like a home and enjoys the occasional chat, pub trip, or catch-up in the living room 🫶. We also respect having down time / alone time but would like to be friendly with our future flatmate.

💰 Rent & Move-In
• Rent: £921 pcm
• Bills: approx. £160 pcm
• Move-in date: from 18 July (with some flexibility)
