🌞 Sunny double room in 3 bed flat - East Dulwich

I’m moving out of my lovely sunny double room in East Dulwich and looking for someone to take over my contract on a rolling basis from mid-July.

You’ll be living with the lovely Lorena (26) and Ella (28). Lorena is a therapist and works from home sometimes. She loves pilates, cooking, and hanging out with friends. Ella (28) is a trainee teacher. She loves a drink, standup comedy, travel, and cooking.

We’ve all been friends for many years, so they’re looking for someone to be a friend, not just a housemate. We love pub trips, going to gigs together, cooking as a house, and watching the simpsons. However, as we all work during the week, we’re respectful of each others space and alone time. We’re not a massive party house as this is quite a family friendly area, but we do like to socialise.

The flat is located on Crystal Palace Road in East Dulwich. A 10 min bus or 20 min walk from Peckham Rye & East Dulwich stations.

You’re also 10 mins from both Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park.

You’ll be 5 mins from Dulwich Sainsbury’s, 10 mins from m&s and a short walk to Lordship Lane, which has some of the nicest coffee shops and pubs.

Rent is £950pm and bills are an additional £120. You’ll also need to undergo referencing and pay a deposit equivalent to what I paid when I moved in, which should be around £1050.

We’re looking for someone to move in mid-July. As I’m moving in with my partner, we can be a bit flexible on this so just let me know your ideal moving date.

The flat came unfurnished, when we moved in. But I will likely leave my bed, wardrobe and drawers. So happy to chat about this. It’s quite a big flat, so girls are happy for you to bring furniture with you and make the place feel like yours!
