Short-term let on 2 bedroom house BS5 (with cats!)

The situation:
We’re looking to rent out our house in Redfield (BS5) for short term let during the second half of January through to end of March 2026

The house will be fully furnished and you’ll be sharing the place with our friendly, low-maintenance cats.
This is our home, so we’re looking for people who we can meet / get to know beforehand so that we can feel comfortable leaving our home and our cats in their hands for this period.

Please be aware, some cat care required (feeding, clearing of litter tray once a week). Our offered price reflects this!

About the house
It’s a late Victorian terrace, retaining many of its beautiful period features. Most rooms have been recently renovated/redecorated, including a new fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs and an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area which looks out to the garden. On-street parking is free and unpermitted.

Full fibre 900 mbps package. Realistic speeds 500-700mbps.

The location
The house is in a great location - just off Church Road with its excellent array of cafes, pubs, shops and beautiful St George’s park. 10 mins from Easton’s equally excellent restaurants, shops and cafes!
Right next to Bristol/Bath cycle path which takes you straight to the town centre, by foot or bike.
10 mins from Lawrence Hill train station, which has 3 min connection to Temple Meads.
100 yards from bus stops on Whitehall Road which can take you to the city centre in 10 mins.

What we expect
We hope you’ll enjoy your time in our home, and treat it as you would your own. Our two cats require feeding twice a day. Litter tray requires emptying once a week or if you would prefer, we can arrange a cat sitter to come once a week to sort this.
