A two bed house in the heart of Easton. No 12 cafe is at the bottom of the road, and a 5 min walk to the station.

The house will be going up for sale, so I’m looking for a tenant/s for a short-term let of around 4–6 months. The rent reflects the shorter-term arrangement. £1100 rent that includes council tax. The house also has solar panels, which greatly reduce electricity bills. Combined with the log burner, this makes the winter energy costs noticeably lower.

Please note that there will be occasional viewings, and the house will need to be kept tidy and presentable. I will arrange and cover the cost of a cleaner once a week to help keep on top of everything.
