Whole House on Muller Road close to Purdown.

LAST MINUTE RENTAL:

My lovely little house is on Muller Road so close to the M32, Aldi and St Werbs also the huge green spaces of Purdown and Stoke Park and the farm of St Werbs in a couple mins walk.

I’m leaving the UK on the 2nd of September for work for two months and this house is very much a home so I’m looking for someone to care for it. I’ve re decorated it room by room in the last year.

I have a big double room and a small single room available.

I’d love to rent to a couple or a single person or two friends.. it’s so last minute but I hope someone can make use of the beautiful space.

There is a living room down stairs and a small kitchen and lovely outside space.

The front room is an office space and the sitting room looks out onto the garden..

My office is the front room upstairs and it will be locked while I’m away.

If you are looking for a space for a short term fill in then this is a great option.

There is free parking on the road and always tends to be a space, the main road is busy but you cant hear it inside too much. the main back bedroom is looking onto the garden which is the double room available.
