This charming property is ideal for a house share with three individuals seeking a clean and welcoming home. The location is a short walk from the train station and has a bus stop across the road leading into Bond Street - Cabot Circus. The M5 motorway is just down the road.

We are seeking three respectful and tidy individuals who are willing to maintain a clutter-free and clean environment to ensure the property remains in good condition, and treat this as a lovely home. If this is not the case, please do not apply.

Ideally, we would like to attract tenants seeking a 6-12 month tenancy as this will be my family home in time to come, where i move in myself as soon as the tenancy agreement concludes. This is due to personal circumstances.

The property, is located is in the village, and boasts so many charming features not expected in your typical rental property.

As part of the advertised price, the maintenance of both front and rear gardens will be provided by my gardening team. I will also cover the cost of regular window cleaning. A Netflix bundle is included with free fibre Wi-Fi as part of the rental price.
