We are seeking three respectful and tidy individuals who are willing to maintain a clutter-free and clean environment to ensure the property remains in good condition. If this is not the case, please do not apply.

Ideally, we would like to attract tenants seeking a short-term tenancy as this will be my family home and I intend to move in myself as soon as the tenancy agreement concludes. This is due to personal circumstances.
