Fantastic location.

You'll be sharing with our existing housemate alex, 25, young professional working in sales. He's great fun, and a really nice guy. He's happy living guys and girls.

The house features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, complete with a fireplace. It's a great shared space to relax and socialise. There is also a private garden, with plenty of room for anyone interested in gardening or growing their own vegetables. The landlord is more than happy for tenants to look after and maintain the garden.

There are three bedrooms in total, all of which come with double beds, and wardrobe storage.

There is a large, bright shared bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven and large fridge-freezer. There is also space for bike storage and on-street parking available outside the property.

Location-wise, it's really well situated. There are bus stops nearby with direct routes into Bristol city centre in approximately 15 minutes, and Bristol Temple Meads is just a 15-minute walk away. Bristol Airport is also easily accessible. You're within walking distance of local shops, cafés and amenities around Knowle High Street, while still being close to everything the city centre has to offer.

The landlady is a friendly local Bristolian who is happy to accommodate a new tenants. You'll also be living next door to two particularly quiet, considerate neighbours.

Overall, it's a really lovely house with plenty of space, a great garden and a convenient location.
