Lovely room with view onto the Rye. Lots of space and light, plus a walk-in closet with shelving and hanging space. We currently have a single bed in there but are happy to swap to double. The room has a lovely TV and Roku access. Right next to bathroom which has bath and gas and electric shower. We have a 3 year old and we both teach, and would prefer a female lodger, either studying or professional.
