Lovely room-central High Wycombe. opp. station

Lovely room with view onto the Rye. Lots of space and light, plus a walk-in closet with shelving and hanging space. We currently have a single bed in there but could possibly look into swapping to a double bed if tenant is going to be there for a while. The room has a large TV and Roku access. Right next to bathroom which has bath and a gas and electric shower. We have a 4 year old and we both teach, and would prefer a female lodger, either studying or professional, who keeps to regular daytime working hours - it doesn’t really suit us to have someone in all day every day as it’s a home with a room to let, rather than a house-share. That said, we are a very friendly family and have welcomed many lodgers into our home over the years.
