Room in quiet family home for professional female

Monday to Friday. Viewing from 29th June. Available from 8th August.

This could be your home away from home. The room is in a family home not HMO. You will be the only lodger in the house.

It is available Mon to Fri (or Sun night to Fri morning). Maybe you work in the area and go to your own home or stay with family or friends at weekends.

For 5 nights, as mentioned above, the monthly rent will be £500. The room is exclusively for your use and you would not need to remove your possessions every weekend. Occasional weekend nights can be arranged by agreement with the landlady, and will be charged at £25 per night.

Working from home by arrangement and may incur an additional cost to cover electricity etc.

We have a bright, sunny, double room with en suite, in our clean, tidy and quiet home. The room is suitable for a professional female and is available for single occupancy only.

We are a friendly family and will welcome you into our home. I have a son and 2 daughters, all currently living away from home but they occasionally come to stay.

I work from home most of the week.

There are no children or pets in the house.

You will share the kitchen and living room with us.

Our kitchen has a whole host of equipment at your disposal. We can supply all bedding, towels, cleaning materials etc.
We are a 20 minute walk from High Wycombe train station and 25 from the town centre. Bus stops along the London Road are 5 minutes away (10 minutes walking back up the hill). A car parking space can be allocated.
