Available for full week for £650 per month, or It is available Mon to Fri (or Sun night to Fri morning) for £500 per month. Viewing from 7th August. Available from 31st August.

This could be your home away from home. The room is in a family home not HMO. You will be the only lodger in the house.

My previous lodgers have included teachers, a solicitor and a data analyst. I can provide references if required.

I have a bright, sunny, double room with en suite, in my clean, tidy and quiet home. The room is suitable for a professional female and is available for single occupancy only.

We are a friendly family and will welcome you into our home. I have a son and 2 daughters, all currently living away from home but they occasionally come to stay.

I work from home most of the week. Limited working from home by the person renting the room is acceptable, ie maximum 2 days per week.

There are no children or pets in the house.

You will share the kitchen and living room with me. My kitchen has a whole host of equipment at your disposal. I can supply all bedding, towels, cleaning materials etc.

The house is a 20 minute walk from High Wycombe train station and 25 from the town centre. Bus stops along the London Road are 5 minutes away (10 minutes walking back up the hill). A car parking space can be allocated.

The room is available to rent from 31st August 2026. Please send a message to meet me and arrange a viewing.

If you would prefer 5 nights, as mentioned above, the monthly rent will be £500. The room is exclusively for your use and you would not need to remove your possessions every weekend. Occasional weekend nights can be arranged by agreement, and will be charged at £25 per night.
