A bright and fully self‑contained ensuite double room is available in a peaceful part of High Wycombe. The space is attached to our family home but remains fully private, with its own entrance and facilities. There are a couple of shared‑access points we may occasionally need to reach — mainly the entrance area for the bins and, from time to time, the kitchen area to access the boiler.
The setup is ideal for someone who wants independence while still being close to a warm, respectful household. We’re a young professional family and hope to welcome someone friendly, tidy, and considerate.
