I am posting this advert on behalf of my mother who is a live in landlord.

The property is in a excellent location, walking distance to Eden shopping centre, Wycombe Hospital and Buckinghamshire university.

We are after a working professional or a mature student, who is tidy, quiet and respectful as my mother does not like loud noise. There is parking available. Bills are included in the price.

Please be aware the living space is not to share, as this is my mother’s own personal space.

No smoking inside the property.

We would prefer females only for the rooms. However couples can be considered but the rent will be higher so please reach out if you are a couple.
