Pleasant room available in High Wycombe (HP13 7LE) in large shared house from 25th August 2026, with friendly but unobtrusive housemates.

Room 2 (of 4) is available, furnished with a standard 4'6" bed, carpet, curtains, venetian blind, central heating radiator, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk/table & chairs, mirror, pictures etc.

I can provide bedlinens, towels, and laundry service if required. Single occupancy is preferred, except the occasional guest of course.

Bills included in the rent are Council Tax (Band D), water rates, gas and electricity, TV licence, SKY+TV, and wireless broadband internet access.

We have a well-equipped kitchen. You will have your own cupboard and fridge space. We also share the sitting room, dining room, gardens and patio areas. The shower room with power shower is shared with two of the other residents. There is a small laundry room downstairs with a washing machine, tumble dryer, loo and handbasin.

We are only a mile from High Wycombe railway station and central Wycombe, and on the 33 bus route. Parking is on the road outside or in the driveway. The air is clean and the views are uplifting - we live on Totteridge Hill.
