Room with en-suite shower in a clean modern townhouse on the top floor (3 storey house). Overlooks the beautiful Hughenden Park; ideal for running/walking or de-stressing!
Small double bed, chair and desk, built in wardrobe with drawers, bedside table and a free-standing mirror provided.
The house is a short level walk from the town centre, 11 min flat walk to Morrisons, 4 min to corner store. Probably one of the most desirable areas of High Wycombe as everything is near and the park is opposite.
It would suit someone who has their own house elsewhere so would just be here 4-5 nights/week. I prefer someone who doesn't cook meat, or very rarely, as I don't eat meat so find it offensive. Fish is ok.
Free parking is available either in visitor's spots, side road or free car park opposite.
