House share for professional person

1 double room to rent for an individual only , in a large spacious house in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. This is a house share with the owner, and one other tenant.

I have two daughters (19 & 21), but who no longer live with me, but will come home at times. I also have a very friendly dog, a whippet , called Winston, who is very much apart of the household.

Double-glazing and central heating throughout. Internet, television aerial connection in the room, satellite television , fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

5 minute walk to main shopping precinct, town centre, main train station and a 2 minute drive straight onto the A55.

On road parking available outside the house.

We are all employed full time, and so this space would only suit a working person who requires a quiet, spacious, laid back (but social able) friendly environment to make their own.

To be clean, tidy and respectful for the other people living in the space is essential.
