Cottage Chalet for rent urgent

This is a short term let to begin with as the house has just been put on the market, but it's unlikely to go through the sale for at least 4 months. If the occupants are happy, I may consider deferring the sale (6 months max). The whole house is to let not individual rooms unless you can split the costs for £850 per calendar month not including bills (electrics, water, half of service charge). The deposit I'm afraid will be equivalent to the monthly rental. After a couple of months, an arrangement can be made to help with cost of living.

The house is fully furnished with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric fire, double bed, single bed, TV, walk in shower, wine cooler, back garden, fire pit, and plenty of grounds to walk around within the site where the house is situated. The house has been renovated to a very high standard.

This is available immediately and will request 2 references. Christians preferrable but will not exclude other enquirers. It is available as soon as your references are checked out, and tenancy agreement completed.

You are welcome to bring your pets (as many as you have) so long as they don't chew or scratch anything. I would like to help those who urgently need housing, but I'm really sorry, ALL enquirers MUST provide two references, forms of ID. It doesn't matter to me your background, ethnicity, class, etc as long as you are prepared to pay the rent every month and look after the place. Deposit will be placed in a DPS and unlike other landlords, you will honestly be refunded your deposit providing the place is left in an acceptable condition and nothing broken. Minor wear and tear is ok.
