I have a lovely double room available in my spacious 3-bedroom bungalow, with your **own private bathroom and toilet for your sole use**.

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate and independent person who would enjoy living in a **quiet, relaxed and peaceful home**.

I work from home, so the house is generally very quiet during the day. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is out at work for most of the day and has their own routine. This would suit someone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay during the working week rather than someone wanting a busy, sociable or party-style household.

There are no particular requirements to stay 7 days a week — **Monday to Friday would be ideal, but fewer nights during the week would also be considered**, depending on your circumstances.
