It is kept to a high spec and the fortunate renters will need to keep it regularly cleaned and looked after.

Please note that the electricity costs are not included in the monthly rental. Average meter readings indicate that the monthly electricity bill is approx. £180 for the whole barn.

A car owner is strongly recommended as the barn is located 1.5 miles away from the nearest bus stop.
