Invoices can be provided for business and corporate bookings.

💷 Refundable Security Deposit – £150

A £150 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.

The deposit is held as security against any damage to the property or its contents during your stay.

The deposit is released on the day of check-out, once our cleaning team has completed the property clean and inspection, provided no damage or chargeable issues are identified.

Any proposed deductions will be communicated to the guest.
