Two bedroom cottage set in the countryside close the the town of Bridport. The cottage has a large open kitchen and dining area. A living room with a large wood burning stove, 42"TV, a downstairs bathroom with a modern shower. Upstairs there is a double room with plenty of storage and a smaller single room with storage cupboards. The whole property is rented out for holidays during the warmer months so is kept to a clean high standard. This would suit a couple or two mates. There is only ONE parking space at the property. All the bills are included in the monthly rental amount EXCEPT for the electric bill. The property benefits from solar panels and batteries to minimise the electric bill. Would suit someone moving house for the short term or working professionals in the area for the longer term. Will consider both short and long term. We accept up to 2 pets maximum, either cats or dogs, dogs are asked to remain on the ground floor to minimise damage on the first floor carpets.
