The city centre is easily accessible on foot or by bus and there are many amenities on Lewes Road for your everyday needs.

On the lower ground floor there is a large living room, big kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate utility room and back door leading out to the garden. Outside the decked terrace has steps leading to the south facing garden. A gardener visits during spring, summer and Autumn to cut the grass for you.
