The house is located on Hartington Road, just off the Lewes Road, a very popular student area due to it's close proximity to Brighton University and easy bus ride to Sussex Uni. The city centre is easily accessible on foot or by bus and there are many amenities on Lewes Road for your everyday needs.

On the lower ground floor there is a large living room, big kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate utility room and back door leading out to the garden. Outside the decked terrace has steps leading to the south facing garden. A gardener visits during spring and summer to cut the grass for you.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground and first floors. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is double glazed throughout. Council tax will not be payable as students are exempt.
