I’m moving away for a while and I offer a lovely flat with a garden and terrace to students or a couple /family.

Its Located in Moulsecoomb - it’s a very quiet and peaceful area, safe and full of students.
Line 49 stops literally at the doorstep, making it easy to come back with shopping. 20 minute bus ride to the seafront.

It’s a 3 room flat: two bedrooms (east and west facing) with one extra storage room for £1600 as the total rent. The bills will be treated separately but they should not exceed £120 in the coldest months.
The flat is warm in the winter, filled with light and captures really spectacular sunset views as its on the hill.
The bathroom is freshly renovated. The kitchen offers fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer.

No parties are allowed at home but you can access a lovely garden and use barbecue as you please.
Driveway is available if you have a car
