Flexible term length, ideally you'd stay around 3 months, and then we can be flexible after that, e. g. 1 month notice on either side. Perfect for someone/family that's moving and is in between places.

Must rent whole property.

If needed we can partially furnish it.

Monthly price includes utility bills.

Council tax band C (but we will cover that).
