41 Carlyle Street, BN2 9XU – [4] - bed student house. I'm staying on and need 3 people to fill the other rooms.
Been living here for 2 months and I love it, its quiet, good view, and convinently located but to continue living here I need 3 replacement tenants.
Rent: £185 per person per week, taken monthly as £801.50 on the 1st of each month. (they do weekly rent x 52 ÷ 12, so it looks like the maths doesn't add up but it does).
Payments:
• £100 holding deposit first - That goes towards your first month's rent, so you pay £701.50 in December.
• Bills Package via UniHomes - Around £120/month. Includes water, electric, gas and internet.
• Security deposit around £900, paid in May/June. It goes into a secure holding account and is returned at the end of the tenancy as long as there's no damage etc.
