The flat is a top-floor maisonette in a beautiful 19th-century period building, spread over three floors, giving it much more of a house feel. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, bespoke bathroom, and a bright living/dining room. It's a peaceful, light-filled home, with the bathroom on the lower floor, one double bedroom on the middle floor, and the second double bedroom on the top floor.

The kitchen includes a washer-dryer, built-in dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. The recently refurbished bathroom has a great shower and a large bath. The sunny living room features a stylish 1960s sofa, dining table and chairs, retro armchair, and strong Wi-Fi throughout.

Bedroom 1

A room so big you can cartwheel around it! There's plenty of space for a separate living area if you'd like. It comes part-furnished with a king-size bed and mattress, plus a large original 1920s antique wardrobe. You won't find many rooms this spacious, especially in a quiet two-person house share.

Bedroom 2

Another generous double room, furnished with a double bed and mattress, a large antique writing desk with storage, and a stylish dresser. It also has two large floor-to-ceiling built-in cupboards, including one with a clothes rail, providing loads of storage. High ceilings and plenty of natural light make it a lovely room to spend time in.

Location

Situated on the border of Brighton and Hove, between Palmeira Square and Brunswick. Around a 10–15 minute walk to the station and less than a 5-minute walk from the seafront. It's a quiet street, yet just moments from excellent cafés, supermarkets, pubs and everything else you need.
