I’m moving away for a while and I offer a lovely flat in a house with a garden and terrace - Ideal for a couple or friends on the joint tenancy.

📍 LOCATION
a quiet, peaceful area with countryside vibes, not far from The Bevy pub.
The bus stop is literally at the doorstep, making it super convenient for commuting and shopping.

Bus 49 takes you directly to:
~20 min → Open Market
~25 min → Churchill Square
~10 min → big ALDI & Sainsbury’s (or ~20 min walk)

🏡 THE FLAT

The flat on the first floor of the house will be an independent unit for your use only. I might visit occasionally but with prior notice.
There are a 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms with one attic storage room, one kitchen and one bathroom for £1600 as the total rent.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer. Dishwasher installation considered.

Tidy, calm, and respectful people who enjoy peaceful living and can maintain the communal areas (especially the kitchen) resonably clean.

Bills are shared proportionally among tenants. Quick broadband is included in the rent.
