The flat has just been vacated. I am looking for a person to take on the whole lease, preferably, though other arrangements will be considered. I would also prefer postgraduates / professionals preferred, as I am looking to let the flat long-term.
The flat is on the ground floor, has two double bedrooms, and is in a block of four (maisonette). The rooms are quite large and are in reasonable decorative order, with newish carpets and suite. The flat has gas central heating, is double-glazed and has cavity wall insulation. The bathroom has an over-the bath shower. The flat is furnished (all white goods in place). There is also small back garden (with a dilapidated shed) and a front garden - both are lawned, with boundary hedges. I am happy for tenants to have pets as long as they don't do any damage and are taken away when the tenancy ends!
I am very much a hands-off landlord, and am looking for someone who is prepared to look after the place proactively.
