The flat has just been vacated. I am looking for a person to take on the whole lease, though other arrangements will be considered. The lease will be for a year as a close family member will probably move in for the start of next academic year.
The flat is on the ground floor, has two double bedrooms, and is in a block of four (maisonette). The rooms are quite large and are in reasonable decorative order, with newish carpets and living room suite. The flat has gas central heating (combi boiler is under 2 years old), is double-glazed and has cavity wall insulation. The bathroom has an over-the bath shower. The flat is furnished (all white goods in place). There is also small back garden (with a dilapidated shed) and a front garden - both are lawned, with boundary hedges. I am happy for tenants to have pets as long as they don't do any damage and are taken away when the tenancy ends!
I am very much a hands-off landlord, and am looking for someone who is prepared to look after the place proactively.
