2 bedroom flat for rent on Gloucester docks

Ground floor 2 bedroom flat right in the centre of Gloucester docks, in the barge arm building. The flat has 2 double rooms, one with ensuite, an additional bathroom and a large open plan kitchen and living space. I have been living in the property but am moving out and putting it up for rent as a whole property, for singles, couples or potentially a buddy up. The amount of furniture in the flat is negotiable - I will mostly be getting new furniture so would be happy to leave some. All kitchen appliances are built in so will be included. There is one parking space in a secure car park and it's possible to buy a permit for the roads nearby. 1st June is currently an approximate date, and is flexible, as I don't have an final moving date yet, but if everything goes to plan I will be moving out in may.
