• Standard Rate: £700 per week (equivalent to £175 per night for the 4-night block).
• Long-Term Discount: A reduced rate of £600 per week (£150 per night) is available for the right occupant(s) seeking a secured, long-term recurring arrangement.
• All-Inclusive: The rate is fully inclusive of all mid-week utility bills and a mandatory professional Friday morning clean. No hidden extras.
The Terms:
• Availability: Strictly Monday afternoon through to Friday morning.
• Friday Checkout: The property must be entirely vacated by 9:30 AM every Friday morning.
• Cleaning Access: A professional cleaning service has guaranteed access from 10:00 AM every Friday to reset the house. All personal belongings must be removed from communal areas and bedrooms prior to this.
• Weekends: No weekend occupancy is permitted.
