Two furnished rooms with private bathrooms

I’m moving out of my lovely ground-floor apartment in Charlton Hayes at the end of August and am looking for two people to make it their home.

The apartment will be shared by just two tenants, with each person having their own bedroom and private bathroom facilities.

The rooms are:

- A good-sized double bedroom with its own compact en-suite, including a shower, toilet and sink.

- A slightly smaller bedroom suitable as either a small double or a comfortable single, with exclusive use of the spacious main bathroom directly across the hall.

The apartment is fully furnished and has a cosy shared lounge opening onto a balcony, together with a shared kitchen and dining space.

It should suit two friendly, considerate people looking for a comfortable home where they can enjoy spending time together while still having their own privacy.

The location is extremely convenient. There is a SPAR shop just across the road.

Brabazon is also nearby, Cribbs Causeway is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and the apartment is well placed for UWE Frenchay.

I’m hoping to find two tenants who will be a good fit for both the apartment and each other. If one room is taken first, I’ll involve that tenant in choosing someone compatible for the second room and, where possible, arrange for them to meet beforehand.

The apartment will be available from the beginning of September.
