Hi, I'm Darren, owner of this modern Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted out kitchen, in the pleasant town of Ruislip.

Situated within 75 meters of walking distance of Ruislip underground station, the apartment was purpose-built in 2008 and I have owned it from new.

I have looked after this apartment and am looking for a new tenant as the current tenants will be leaving in August after 2 years of occupation.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen as per the pictures including, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, oven and hob. The apartment benefits from a walk-out balcony through french doors where you can sit or lay and relax with your coffee to watch the world go by.

The parking is behind the property where you have your own private designated spot. Entry into the building is with special fobs and has CCTV for security. The property will be technically unfurnished but some things will be here including 2 wardrobes, a table, TV stand etc...
