Looking for a Flatmate – 2-Bed Wembley Park

Hi everyone!

My partner and I are looking for one person (or another couple) to rent a modern 2-bedroom apartment together in Wembley Park (or any other location that has co-living or BTR), ideally in one of the Build-to-Rent developments such as Quintain Living (Canada Gardens, Madison, Robinson, Ferrum, etc.), or we’re also open to other high-quality developments.

The plan is to sign the tenancy together and split the rent fairly.

About us:

What we’re looking for:

* A professional or postgraduate student (or another couple)
* Clean, responsible and friendly
* Happy to share a modern apartment and keep common areas tidy
* Ideally looking to move within the next few weeks

The apartment:

* 2-bedroom furnished apartment
* Modern kitchen and living room
* Access to amenities such as gym, concierge, resident lounges and gardens (depending on the building)
* Close to Wembley Park Station

Budget:
Around £1,300–£1,500 per month per room, depending on the apartment we choose.
