With views as far as the peak district on a clear day, the outdoor area is a superb feature of the flat. It comes with 2 hammocks a pull up bar and outdoor storage.

The indoor area is great space for 2 - 3 people to live in on a day to day basis. The living area has a comfortable double sofa, arm chair and 45 inch TV. There is a dining table with 2 chairs plus a fully supplied kitchen.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes, chest of draws and bed side table.

The single bathroom has a great shower / bath and also has a toilet and sink.

There is 1 dedicated secure parking space included with the property.

The rental is for a 9 - 18 months and is available from Sunday the 1st of February. Pets are considered. No smoking is allowed inside the flat. There is an existing internet connection within the flat.

Will only let as a full flat and not individual rooms. The monthly rent is £1495. A £1200 (£600 per room) security deposit is required and will be held with DPS. Service charge is included, all other bills to be paid by the tenant/s.

Numerous bars and restaurants are within 2 minutes of the flat. A co-op shop is less than 100 yards from the entrance.
