I have decided to rent out my spare room, and if you’re looking for a genuinely great place to live, this might be perfect for you.

The house is just a five-minute walk from Bury town centre, making it super convenient for shops, transport, and everything else you need.

The Room:
It’s large, plenty of space for a bed, sofa, TV area, or even a desk if you need a workspace. I can furnish it for you, or you’re welcome to bring your own stuff. I’m flexible either way.

Couples are welcome, with a small adjustment to the rent for two people. Best of all, everything is included, no extra bills, no hidden costs, just one simple rent payment that covers everything, including fast Wi-Fi.

House Perks:
• Home gym Cable crossover, bike, hex dumbbells, bench, foam rollers, punch bag, and more. No gym fees, no waiting for machines—just train whenever you like.
• Home bar so if you have had a long day you can unwind with a drink
• Great atmosphere , A relaxed, easygoing home where you can enjoy your space and still have a chat over a coffee (or a wine).

I’m into fitness, music and good conversation. I love a laugh, I enjoy a social drink, and while I don’t have a dog, I think they’re the best. Also, pineapple on pizza? 100% acceptable.
