Room in End of Terrace House

Double room with shared bathroom in a 2 bedroom and of terrace Victorian House.

I am a live in landlord who currently works 3-4 days from home 9-5:30 so a preference for someone who works a 9-5 or shift work out of the house.

The house is just across the road from a decent corner shop and next to a bus route to Bury or it is a 20-22 minute walk to the tram stop.

I’m looking for someone who I can also get on with and won’t be locked in their room 24/7! Not averse to watching tv/cooking etc.

Rent includes water, gas, electric and wifi but excludes council tax (band A)

There is a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and courtyard (small) and parking is on street and is usually pretty easy to get.

No real preferences for a housemate but someone around my age or older, professional and tidy.

I’m also a Gay man so non bigots preferred.

Happy to house a cat and possibly a dog if not too big!
