Lovely luxury new bathroom upstairs & downstairs, & landscaped rear garden to avail yourself to. I love animals but I do not have any pets. The only person you are sharing the house with is myself, so you aren't having to deal with sharing the kitchen with several occupants ( I barely cook anyway lol). It is a lovely home and peaceful :-)

I work full time office hours and I also do a side hustle so won't always be around. I also own a camper van so I won't always be at home on every weekend as I go off in it as soon as the mood takes!! I will probably show it off to you when you view 😂

I like my quiet time to wind down after work, and my own space, so hoping for someone similar. Of course I don't mind a chat over a cuppa, but prefer we both just go about our days :-) I'll read the energy and people's moods and adapt. I'm quite spiritual and easy going.

I'm looking for a professional single occupant. The house is near to various transport network links, very handy. And if you have a car or van there is parking available outside the property. The house is also close to Bury town centre (within walking distance). There are also a couple of pubs, a couple of shops, a butchers pretty much on the doorstep, and then a shopping precinct within walking distance, a tanning shop, plenty of decent takeaways and a lovely country park which is only 10 minutes walk away!
