Cozy Double Bedroom

Hello,
We are two girls (26) and (33) looking for a new room mate in Bury.
We live in a beautiful three bedroom house with two reception rooms, big kitchen, one shared bathroom and a nice little garden.
There is a big loft with lots of storage space.
The house is literally opposite Fairfield General Hospital and has a busy stop right outside the door. There is parking but you will have to get a permit.

The room available is a cozy double bedroom with carpet. It can come partly furnished or unfurnished however you would prefer. We can have a base for a double bed available if needed but you would have to bring your own mattress. However, there are spare wardrobe and chest of draws if needed.

We both work private health care as occupational therapy assistants full-time and are both very active and usually at gym after work and most of the time spent our weekends out and about. We are very a clean household and this is very important to us. We live with two beautiful British short hair cats who move freely in the house.
We are a rather quiet household as we work full-time and keep busy.
