Shared kitchen and bathroom with powerful shower.

Space for toiletries and towels in the large bathroom.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers. Blackout blinds at the windows for anyone who has a night shift.

All colours are neutral white and beige so whatever you bring with you to bring a splash of colour won't clash.

There is a large SMART TV in the lounge, soundbar with blue-tooth for streaming your music.

Kitchen is well equipped with double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, all pots pans and cutlery.

Conservatory has breakfast bar.

There is a private enclosed garden.

Regular cleaner for communal areas, the property is always well maintained inside and outside by a responsive landlord.

Ideal for single professionals / hospital staff.

We are looking for respectful guests who will look after the property and want to make an enjoyable shared place to stay.

Opposite Fairfield Hospital exit, 5 mins drive to M66, bus stop to Bury and Rochdale outside. 20 mins walk into Bury town.

The cottage is within a short walk of open countryside, ideal for those interested in walking and country pursuits.

There are no fees. I will require photo ID, proof of permanent residence, references and affordability proof.
