Furnished 3 bed house, all bills in, near tram

Hiya, me and my partner are off travelling for a few months and need someone to look after our house while we're away. Free from 19th January to 30th May.

Whole place to yourselves, fully furnished, so you can turn up with just your clothes. We've done a lot to it over the years and we're pretty houseproud, so it's a proper homely place, not a bare rental.

Comfy living room with a big leather sofa and wall-mounted telly with Sky. Kitchen's got a gas hob and plenty of worktop. Three bedrooms: a main double, a smaller double, and a little room we use as an office. Big walk-in shower in the bathroom. The garden's our favourite bit, there's a covered decked area that catches the sun and it's lovely of an evening.

All bills in, one payment, nothing for you to set up: gas, electric, water, WiFi, Sky, TV licence, council tax and the window cleaner.

Other bits worth knowing:
- Pets welcome, big garden and we're animal people ourselves
- Five minutes' walk to Edge Lane tram, straight into NQ in 14 mins
- On-street parking
- Would suit a couple, especially if you're moving to the area, doing your own place up, or just want somewhere sorted for a few months

We're easygoing. Anything of ours you'd rather not have here, just say and we'll move it out.
