We have our 2 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor of the North Vita Living Tower. We're relocating and therefore need to find alternative tenants to take over our current lease which ends in April 2024. The current price of the lease is £1521.62 + £120 for all inclusive bills. This is £173.38 cheaper than the current asking price from Vita Living.
