**OldField Wharf Flat**

I’m looking for a young professional to move in with me as my current flatmate is moving out my current flat.

I have found an apartment that il be looking to move into called Oldfield wharf from the 27th August.

It’s in a Central location just of Chapel Street in Salford, 10 minutes walk to Spinningfields, 5 mins walk to Blackfriars.

The building is less than a year old and has the following amenities:

Private dining room
Cinema room
Co working space
Lounge area
Gym
Parcel lockers
Regular community events

The flat is 2 bed and 2 bath, first bedroom comes with an en-suite which il be taking and the second bedroom is adjacent to second bathroom.

There’s also a balcony this may be a Juliette or full balcony depending on sqft is available.

I’m easygoing, clean and tidy, and enjoy having a good balance between having my own space and being sociable. I’m always up for a trip to the pub, grabbing some food, or doing something spontaneous.

Outside of work, I like to keep myself busy and I’m into fitness, travelling and generally up for trying new things. Ideally looking for someone who is friendly and sociable.
