Awesome Spacious Modern Duplex - bills included

I'd like to invite someone to live with me in my quiet, beautiful two-story flat in Trefriw. Please read to the bottom.

This is a spare room in a really cool home. The huge kitchen/sitting room will win you over with its space, tidy fixtures and large bay window (with views up and down the Conwy valley). The bathroom is a bit small with just a shower but it's pretty bougie and will make you feel like you're staying in a hotel. There's a large garden surrounding the house, perfect for sunbathing, eating breakfast or hosting picnics, and there's also lines for drying clothes.

The neighbours are very nice, if a bit reclusive; there are 4 other flats in the building, everyone is under 35 and very civilised - we have a WhatsApp group✨. I work late so you'll have the place to yourself most evenings but you might hear me getting home around 2am. I also have a van and often take trips away in it.

I'm a massive nerd and hippie and I love music, psychology and philosophy so, weirdos to the front!!

- Lovely, peaceful, comfortable home.
- Gorgeous area surrounded by nature.
- Local cafe, pubs, restaurant, butcher/convenience store.
- Movie nights and games.
- Cool housemate.

Considerations:
- If you have reduced mobility I'd consider carefully as there are two sets of stairs to get to the front door and another one to get to the bathroom.
- There is street parking but it can get a bit crowded.
- Public transport is okay but it's also possible to walk to the shops and train station in Llanrwst in about 30 minutes.
- I'm non-monogamous so if that doesn't sit right with you 🫴🚪.
- I don't love being fully clothed in my own home so it would be good if you aren't picky about that.
- Being familiar with ADHD, Autism and mental health would be a massive plus as I live with certain challenges and my home is where I'm able to fully relax and decompress. I'm very open about these things and happy to discuss any needs you may have.
- I like to keep a neat and tidy home and expect your collaboration in this and in all things domestic harmony.
