3 Bed Mid Terrace House

The house has a secure enclosed rear garden with patio area and dark slate flooring. You can gain access through the rear garden to the house, so you can use your bike. Their is also a purpose built secure bike shed, well for bikes !

Three reasonable sized bedrooms ( the front is the largest ) as well as a very well equipped loft area for storage. This area also has lighting and heating and flooring. Great for putting all those things you don't want cluttering your house.

The people who live either side are very quiet, so you won't be disturbed in this house with children crying or parties next door.

The house is unfurnished, but the photo's give you an idea of it with furniture in it as photo's of an empty house don't really help too much !

The bathroom and toilet are downstairs, off the kitchen. Whilst not ideal, it is what a lot of the properties on this road come with.
