Close to hospital and city centre!

I am a landlord looking for a lodger to rent my spare room. It is a double room and you can choose if you would like a single bed or a double and I will purchase this for you as well as a wardrobe for your clothes. You will have full access to a spacious lounge and a cosy sofa. Which has a built in media wall to enjoy the TV. You will be able to use the kitchen whenever you want with full access to the utilities and fridge/freezer. I have a spacious garden and lounging area in the garden for sunbathing a shed and a BBQ if you like a good BBQ. The bathroom has just been redone in the last few months so brand new. You will be able to decorate your room pretty much to how you like. I am a carpenter so will be working Monday to Friday and am out most weekend either working or with friends. I am looking for a male lodger but will not be able to bring guests to the house.
