This is a spacious house in a prime location in southampton, and in a quiet street, but not too far from the liveliness of the city.

PROCESS:
This house is for a joint group of 5. I will arrange viewings with all enquiries at the same time, in the weekend. Saturdays at 12:00 noon. This will give prospective tenants a chance to form a group and complete due diligence within 24 hours. What i will need from each tenant is the following: Passport; UK visa (if applicable); UK guarantor; guarantor's credit score; university enrollment letter. During this process, I will operate as first come first serve, and the first group to provide all the documents, pay the deposit, 1st month's rent and signed tenancy agreement will become tenants.
