I live on site and have happy well mannered tenants in other units here, the rent is up for negotiation but the rental terms are strict (site policy) you get a 28 day holiday let and if you want a longer stay you book the next 28 days.
The train station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive with good links to London.
The local village of Westgate is the same with a CO OP and several individual shops.
There is a large retail park at WESTWOOD CROSS 20 minute drive.
MARGATE is a 3 minute train ride or £8.00 by taxi.
The caravan is situated in the peaceful countryside village of ACOL.
