The Lodge is separate from the main cottage and has a private enclosed garden patio and is double glazed, heated, has fast separate wifi, a king size bed, living room / lounge area with a great tv with Netflix prime etc, and comes with full usage of the cottage’s WC, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. If you want a unique and very rare home with privacy then this is it.
THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2.5 miles away from Central Margate. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and the train to Margate is a 7 min ride. Birchington is a great little town to live and it also has direct access less than a mile down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London.
PETS:
I love dogs so dogs are allowed on condition that the owner is a responsible dog owner and that the dog is fully housetrained.
