Lovely Double Room in a Quiet South Darenth Home

I’m renting out the spare bedroom in my flat in South Darenth — a calm, stylish and well-kept home that I’ve personally interior designed.

The flat has been put together with a lot of care, so it feels comfortable, considered and homely rather than just functional. It also has a balcony with lovely riverside views, which makes the space feel especially peaceful.

You’d have access to your own bathroom, as I use the en-suite in my room, and the flat is around a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station. There is also free parking available, which is a big plus if you drive.

I work in Professional Services in The City and I’m only at home a few days a week, so the flat is generally quiet and peaceful. I’m sociable and easy-going, but I also value a clean, tidy and respectful living environment. Outside of work, I have a wide range of interests including art, cars, fashion and design.

I’m ideally looking for another professional who is clean, tidy, considerate and easy to live with. Someone who treats the flat with respect, communicates well, and is happy to keep shared spaces neat would be a great fit.
